surgery happened september 15, 2004 and i was very depressed long time. was not able see myself in mirror. thn after long time i sing in public again, as replacement singer, only once a week. artificial leg heavy and very warm, i walk slowly and painful, audience react with pity. thn with help i overcome depression and accept myself. so no more need artificial leg and audience react with surprise, not pity
